In order to promote diversity, I sought new terroirs to complement our existing vineyards. My vision of our vineyard is dynamic. Source of enrichment, our terroir is constantly being developed to express more singularities.
We work with the three principal champagne grape varietals (chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier), in 6 villages (Fossoy, Mont Saint Père, Gland, Troissy, Vertus and Villeneuve), 28 lieu-dits and 68 plots. Our vines have an average age of 31 years.
Each plot is worked individually in order to identify and highlight the characteristics of each terroir. Soil pit, soil analysis, organic matter amendment, soil tillage, biodiversity research, … some of the many techniques that allow us to better understand our lands.
All our vines are manually pruned in Cordon de Royat, Chablis, Vallée de la Marne or Guyot style. The type of pruning is determined vine by vine in order to optimise sap flow.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The grapes we vinify come solely from our vineyards.
