This blend is only sold after a prolonged aging period in our cellars, which allows the richness of its aromatic potential to develop fully.
Serving suggestions:
At table, it will accompany sauced or grilled fish, white meats and poultry as starters and as an aperitif of course.

| Brut 2000 : Fairly well sustained golden robe. The nose is open showing fruit compote & dried fruits. Full bodied, fat, well structured, yet contained within freshness. Good length. Will be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also with food. |
