Full of subtlety, the blanc de blancs blend is a very fine aperitif champagne which also goes well at the beginning of a meal.
Varieties : 100% Chardonnay
This blend is only sold after a prolonged aging period in our cellars, which allows the richness of its aromatic potential to develop fully.
Tasting Notes:
Yellow to pale gold. The nose shows scents of citrus - grapefruit and lemon, and of apple with several floral hints and with a touch of toast. Good lively mouth, well balanced, subtle and delicate. Elegantly put together.
Serving suggestions:
As an aperitif, or the start of a meal, with oysters and shellfish.
